Strength looks different to everyone!

Things Like bending, and squatting and lifting. Each of those are required just to take the groceries in the house,

Lunging (or going up stairs) Raising your arms to hug your spouse or pick up your little one.

Those are the reasons you should be thinking about fitness, and loving yourself and your family enough to do something about it. You have to be strong to help them, isn’t that why we are all here to help each other?

4 days a week for about 30-40 minutes.

Hi I’m Lisa a certified personal trainer that was right where you are now about 12 years ago. I was in so much pain every time I walked from my joints, I have osteoporosis. And I was too exhausted to do anything about it,

It was a viscous circle, till one day I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. The feeling of not being able to do the things I wanted to do was taking over my life.

At first I started walking but that was not building my strength any but it was helping my heart and my mind, so it kept walking.

Then I found out that what I needed to be doing was moving my body the correct way by Doing Bodyweight exercises. Because I had to carry around my body all day I needed to be doing it the right way.

And in just 90 short days I was feeling like me again, Able to do that squats and pick up things. And I want to help you do the same,

Get your life back, START MOVING and feel better about yourself at the same time.
