It was a viscous circle, till one day I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. The feeling of not being able to do the things I wanted to do was taking over my life.
At first I started walking but that was not building my strength any but it was helping my heart and my mind, so it kept walking.
Then I found out that what I needed to be doing was moving my body the correct way by Doing Bodyweight exercises. Because I had to carry around my body all day I needed to be doing it the right way.
